Linear/Galvoscanner 동기 구동 iFOV 및 On Flying 구현, PMDi의 고성능 200KHz Servo rate으로 Galvoscanner를 ServoMotor처럼 Full-Closed Loop 제어를 하며, 리니어모터와 동기제어를 통하여 iFOV/On Flying 을 보다 정밀하게 구현할 수 있습니다.
Galvoscanner의 Servo 제어를 위하여, Galvo 엑츄에이터의 Feedback 장치를 직접 읽어 제어할 수 있으며, 읽어진 Galvo의 Feedback 신호를 리니어모터의 Feedback 신호와 하드웨어적으로 계산하여 보다 정밀한 Triggering을 구현합니다. 또한, G-Code 지원 및 CADCAM Software 제공으로 보다 쉽고 빠르게 Laser 가공 프로그램을 구현할 수 있습니다. 자세한 사항은 담당자에게 문의 부탁드립니다.
